THE Our END USER AGREEMENT IS SET OUT BELOW.

BY CLICKING ON "I AGREE" BELOW, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THE Our SERVICE END USER AGREEMENT AND END USER SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT AND YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY AND COMPLY WITH ALL TERMS, CONDITIONS AND NOTICES CONTAINED IN OR REFERENCED BY THESE AGREEMENTS, AND THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO DO SO. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THESE AGREEMENTS, CLICK ON "I DISAGREE" BELOW.
THIS AGREEMENT DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS THAT MAY NOT BE MODIFIED BY CONTRACT, TO THE EXTENT SUCH MODIFICATION IS SPECIFICALLY PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
1. Information about Our and the Our Services or any related product or service, You can't forward it unless and until the authority of the Our.
2. All brand names, mobile phone names eg, nokia, blackberry, sony ericsson etc are linked to there respective brands owners, and we are in no connection connected with them, in any case or what so ever . Names only been used as educational purpose only.
3. All services mentioned on web site are based on speculation, however in any case or what so ever, delay happens Our would not be held liable.
4. We don't guarantee that 100% your phone get unlocked using our service, as some times if phone is been tried before and its counter get locked, our provided code will not work and we don't offer refunds as suppliers been paid accordingly, so plz make sure before you buy our services.
5. We take our work very seriously, in any part we found that any content of Our is been used, strict measures be taken against it.

2. Acceptance of Terms

You consent to use an electronic agreement to govern Your use of the agreement. You expressly consent to receiving all notices hereunder in electronic form, provided however this consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting Our at the address set forth above (though, in some situations, Our may have no other means of providing notices to You, so termination of Your account may result from a request from You not to receive notices in electronic form).
The parties expressly agree that all performance under this Agreement and the resolution of disputes shall be conducted in the English language. If a translation of this Agreement into any other language is required by law, the English version will prevail to the extent that there is any conflict or discrepancy in meaning between the English version and any translation thereof we should not held liable in any case whatsoever.
All Third Party Services offered for use with the Our are provided to You through Your third party service provider(s) and shall be subject to Your agreement with such third party service provider(s). EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SPECIFICALLY PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW IN YOUR JURISDICTION, Our SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY CLAIMING BY OR THROUGH YOU, FOR ANY ISSUE RELATING TO THE THIRD PARTY SERVICES, LINKED SITES, OTHER SITES OR THIRD PARTY INFORMATION, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE ACCURACY, TIMELINESS OR CONTINUED AVAILABILITY OF SUCH THIRD PARTY SERVICES OR THE CONTINUED INTEROPERABILITY OF THE THIRD PARTY SERVICES.
Any dealings with third parties conducted through us, the Third Party Services, Linked Sites or Other Sites, including the delivery of and the payment for goods and services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between You and the third party. Our shall not be responsible or liable for any part of any such dealings.If you disagree in any content, you should leave the site immediately.

 

SERVICE:
The solutions, prices, and times listed on our website  is the service we provide to you.

ORDERING:
It is your responsability when making and order to verify that the IMEI/MEID/Serial number and/or Network of your phone is correctly provided to us. I you have paid and discovered afterwards that your IMEI/MEID/Serial number and/or network is not correct, we have the right to refuse a refund in such case, however we will always do our best and if we have not in turn lost money, we will do our best to refund the credit back to your account. Always double check all info before you click the Make Request button.

In case that you are sure you have submitted the correct IMEI/MEID/Serial number and/or Network, we will ask you to send us a picture or video of the IMEI/MEID/Serial and Network which shows your phone is currently locked to as proof.

DELIVERY & TIME:
We will deliver the item(s) you ordered to the website account, email or confirmed physical address that you have completed on the order form.

We DO NOT guarantee that your order will be delivered within a exact time frame or between certain hours of the day. We will do our best to ensure that orders placed on our website will be delivered within a reasonable time frame as advertised. Time sensitive orders which are placed outside the hours listed will be processed within the next business day.

GUARANTEE:
We can only guarantee that you phone is permanently unlocked, if the following criteria is met:

  1. The IMEI/MEID/Serial information you provided to us when you ordered is 100% correct.
  2. The Network Carrier information you provided to us when you ordered is 100% correct.
  3. The instructions we provided to you have been followed EXACTLY.
  4. Your phone is not reported as blacklisted/lost/stolen.
  5. Your phone is not hard-locked or has zero attempts left.
  6. The software of your phone has never been altered, changed, modified, or tampered with.
  7. The IMEI/MEID/Serial number of your phone has never been altered, changed, modified, or tampered with.
  8. The phone has never undergone unsuccessful unlock attempts in the past.
  9. The phone does not have any internal/external mechanical defects which would prevent it to function properly.

USE OF SERVICE & RISK:

  1. We are not responsable for any damages caused to your phone by you while trying to unlock it.
  2. The unlocking procedures will be at your own risk following the delivery of our service.
  3. Delivery of item(s) shall not be processed until you have made full payment for the service we provide.
  4. Force Majeure Situation:  shall not be liable for any delivery default due to any circumstances beyond our control including, but not limited to, Acts of God, war, civil unrest, riots, strikes, lock‐outs, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, flood, earthquake or any occurance of such nature.

In addition, we shall not be liable for any server technical difficulties, failures, power outages, maintenances, or any related server issues. We will always notify you in advance of any server issues we may are aware of that we may encounter.

PRICE & PAYMENT:
The price for each solution is the price listed on our site, and the payment of service has to be made in FULL before the service is provided to you.

Payment shall be in the form of PayPal, Western Union, Money Gram, Bank Transfer, or any Credit Cards such as American Express, DiscoverCard, MasterCard, or Visa. No other payment methods are accepted unless approved by us in advance. Please contact us with your payment details.

REFUND POLICY:
In the unlikely event that the solution we provided to you fails to unlock your phone, we will ask you to do the following:

1. Provide us confirmation that the IMEI/MEID/Serial number and/or Network you provided when you ordered is 100% correct. In the event that this information is 100% correct, we reserve the right to seek further evidence from you that supports your claim that our solution did not unlock your phone. This shall include you to send to us the following:

The physical phone to us for verification purpose or make a video recording of the unlocking procedure that you have tried to do with our codes(s) on your phone. You must provide a video which will clearly show us the following details:

a. The IMEI/MEID/Serial number displayed on the screen of your phone. You cannot use the IMEI/MEID/Serial number located on the box.
b. You inserting an foreign SIM card, switch phone ON, entering the unlock code,then clearly show us what is displayed on the screen.

This is the only way we can determine whether the code(s) we provided is successful or not.

2. Order cancellations will NOT be granted after the IMEI/MEID/Serial number of your phone is in pending or in processing. Refund will only be granted if we do not have a solution for your phone and we have not incurred a loss due to any of the conditions above.
